Officer Matthew Brann 

Matt grew up in South China Maine where he graduated from Erskine Academy, and attended the Law Enforcement Program his senior year at the Capital Area Technical Center. He was also a member of the volunteer fire department in China from 2000 to 2005. 

Matt had family members who were in law enforcement, which played a big role in him wanting to be a police officer himself. After high school he attended the Southern Maine Community College in South Portland where he earned his Associates Degree in Criminal Justice in the summer of 2004. During his time at Southern Maine Community College he worked as a security officer for Maine Medical Center mostly dealing with mental health patients. 

He joined the Farmington Police Department in 2004 and is a graduate of the 9th Basic Law Enforcement Training Program. 

During his off time Matthew enjoys hanging out with friends and family.
