Conley Could, Jr.

Reserve Patrolman Conley Gould Jr. was born in Phillips and lived there until 1984 when he moved to Farmington to start a career in emergency services, working his way up from to EMT-B to EMT Paramedic .  He received his education through the vocational schools of  CMTC and KVTC attaining paramedic in 1987.  In  1988 Conley joined the Franklin County Sheriffs Department as a corrections officer and a Reserve Deputy and the Farmington Police Department completing the Reserve Officer School.  He is currently working as a Paramedic for NorthStar Ambulance and is still a reserve for the Farmington Police Department and the Franklin County Sheriffs Department.  Conley has been married for 27 years with 2 children and 3 grandchildren.  He is also a veteran of the United States Air Force having attained the rank of Sergeant.
